We greatly value personal recommendations via CareerBuilder Talent Referral.

CareerBuilder’s referral scheme and its related terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Should conflicts arise between CareerBuilder’s referral scheme and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.

• All employees are eligible to participate in our referral program except for Senior management (CEO, Managing Director), recruiters and hiring managers.

• Only those referrals that result in a full-time, permanent placement of the individual being referred will qualify for the bonus.

• The referred candidate must be placed within a [number] month period from the date of referral.

• The person referring must obtain prior consent from the potential candidate before referring to CareerBuilder Talent Referral and the individual/candidate must be aware that they are being referred to CareerBuilder Talent Referral.

• No bonus is payable if the employment is terminated for any reason during the guarantee period.

• The offer is not open to a referred candidate who is already known to or registered with CareerBuilder Talent Referral at the time of the referral.

• The bonus scheme is not available to referring those who are currently employees of CareerBuilder.

• There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.

• Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties.

• CareerBuilder reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the "Refer a Friend" scheme at any time and without notice.

• CareerBuilder shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the "Refer a Friend" scheme.

• The recipient accepts any tax liability and agrees to pay any tax arising from receiving the bonus payment.

• We do not offer monetary alternatives.

• If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.

• CareerBuilder’s decision is final.
