Finance Manager

• Finance Supervisor Accounts Payable
• Finance Supervisor Revenue
• Oversee and manage month end financial accounts preparation.  Ensure company financial status is fully understood by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
• Preparation of statutory and fiscal accounts including reporting of taxes, VAT and other government charges
• Responsible for integrity and maintenance of general ledger and financial accounts
• Oversee accounts payables ledger and accounts receivables ledger. Ensure adherence to contract terms in respect of payables/ receivables
• Oversee the extension of credit to customers such as groups and other approved customer segments
• Work with Systems Accountant to set-up Financial Accounting System and associated procedures
• Update and maintain the Finance Manual and all associated procedures. Ensure adherence to Finance Manual in day to day working
• Maintain and update Chart of Accounts as required. Ensure accurate posting against chart of accounts.
• Liaison with Auditors
• Support financial controller on all major financial matters
• Recruit, select, orientate, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, SOCPA, CPA qualified accountant with 7+ years post qualification experience in a similar role
• Local Financial Accounting Standards essential
• Fluent in Microsoft products – excel, word, access, outlook and accounting packages, but not essential
• High standard of written and spoken Vietnamese and English
• Must be flexible and have a diverse skill set
• Must be a good communicator and able to give advice to Non-Financial Senior Managers
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential
